How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Your entire order qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Due to the health and safety of all valued clients, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on all mink eyelashes. This is the best way we can assure our valued clients that all mink lashes you receive from us are brand new and have never been used or opened. If you do not love what you got, please let us know, and we will be happy to make things right.

All sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns/exchanges, unless otherwise noted.

For all other products, we have a 15-day return or exchange policy for all new and unopened items. Please notify us if you would like an exchange or to return an item. Once we issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you can go ahead and ship the item back to us. Please include the original invoice (not a copy) that came with the products. We recommend you make a copy of the original invoice for your reference. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs of all returns/exchanges. We highly recommend you get a tracking number from your carrier because we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

*Note: If you send the merchandise back to us without an RMA, we will not be able to process the return/exchange. Our shipping department will refuse the shipment and it will be sent back to you.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
