How do I return an item?

Due to the health and safety of all valued clients, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. This is the best way we can assure our valued clients that all products you receive from us are brand new and have never been used or opened. If you do not love what you got, please let us know, and we will be happy to make things right.

My product(s) arrived damaged or defective. What are my next steps?
In the rare case that your product(s) arrive damaged, take clear photos of the damaged items and email the photo to [email protected] within the first 3 days of delivery. Please use "DAMAGED" or "DEFECTIVE" in the subject line, and we will tend to this matter as soon as possible.

Please note, without photos of the damaged items, we will be unable to send a replacement or issue a refund. This is a strict policy due to previous customers abusing our defective and damaged products policy. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take for me to receive the refund or replacement for my damaged/defective product?
After reviewing your case, we will process all replacements and refunds within two business days. Depending on your banking institution, please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be reflected in your account.
