Are your lashes cruelty-free?
Yes. We carry both faux mink (synthetic) and cruelty-free mink fur eyelashes. Our responsibly sourced fur originates from mink breeders in Siberia. We send our high-quality responsibly sourced fur to our factory to be created into our luxurious mink lashes. Our responsibly sourced fur is brushed off the mink with a boar bristle styled brush (similar to the ones use to brush horses), and that fur is collected, sterilized, and prepared to be sent to our small factory. We have people stationed overseas to maintain these standards. Because we do all the sourcing and production ourselves, we can offer our lashes at an affordable price.

How do I apply the eyelashes?
1.) Before applying any adhesive, always measure the eyelash strip to your eyes.
2.) If needed, trim the eyelash strip from the outside corner for a customized fit.
3.) Apply adhesive of your choosing to the lash band.
4.) After applying the eyelash adhesive of your choice to the lash band, wait and let the dry until it becomes tacky (~20-45 seconds). Avoid putting the adhesive onto the hairs.
5.) Gently place the eyelash strip along your lash line, and VOILA!

If you are new to trying false eyelashes, we encourage you to practice with cheap synthetic lashes. The application process will take practice.

Is there a warranty for your products?
No. All products are sold "as is". If you believe you received an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us as [email protected] so that we may resolve this matter.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the health and safety of all valued clients, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. This is the best way we can assure our valued clients that all mink lashes you receive from us are brand new and have never been used or opened. If you do not love what you got, please let us know, and we will be happy to make things right.

My product(s) arrived damaged or defective. What are my next steps?
In the rare case that your product(s) arrive damaged, take clear photos of the damaged items and email the photo to [email protected] within the first 3 days of delivery. Please use "DAMAGED" or "DEFECTIVE" in the subject line, and we will tend to this matter as soon as possible.

Please note, without photos of the damaged items, we will be unable to send a replacement or issue a refund. This is a strict policy due to previous customers abusing our defective and damaged products policy. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take for me to receive the refund or replacement for my damaged/defective product?
After reviewing your case, we will process all replacements and refunds within two business days. Depending on your banking institution, please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be reflected in your account.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We ship all packages using the United States Postal Service, and we ship out of Chino, California. Depending on your location and which service you choose, it can take anywhere from 2-6 business days within the continental United States, not including weekends and holidays.

All "free shipping" is through USPS First Class Mail.
